Terms of Service

Effective date: 10 June 2026

1. Who we are

These terms apply to the mobile and desktop applications published by ZinZinTech (KVK 42059149, Netherlands) — including Focus4Life — and to this website. Contact: phan.business.nl@gmail.com.

2. The apps

Our apps are personal productivity tools. They work entirely on your device: there are no user accounts and no online service component. Because of that, your use of an app does not depend on any service we operate, and your data remains under your control at all times (see the per-app privacy policy).

3. License

When you download an app from the App Store or Google Play, your use is governed by the store's standard license terms (for Apple, the standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement) together with these terms. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control.

4. Purchases

All purchases and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under the policies of the respective store. We do not process payments ourselves.

5. Intellectual property

The apps, their artwork, branding and content are the property of ZinZinTech and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not grant you any right to use the ZinZinTech or Focus4Life names or logos.

6. No warranty & liability

The apps are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the same extent, ZinZinTech is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the apps. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time, for example when we release new apps or features. The current version is always available on this page; material changes will be reflected in the effective date above.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
